Theresa Kaye Walker

Theresa Kaye Walker was born March 24, 1955, in Waco, Texas. As a child Theresa was active in the Waco community and was a big dreamer of the things she wanted to accomplish in her life.

Theresa graduated from Waco High School in 1973, and went on to attend Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas, where she was a drum major for the band, and subsequently attended East Texas State University in Commerce, Texas. She moved to Newark, NJ in 1979, where she had a brief stint in modeling with the Essex Modeling Agency. She worked with Eastern Airlines, and eventually moved back to Texas in 1982, where she entered the Airforce and served her country.

Theresa departed this life on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at her residence in Temple, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, John W. Walker, and Mary J. Walker. 

Theresa Walker is survived by her daughter Tesherrica; her grandson: Keivon; siblings: Jeannie Walker, John Walker (Constance), Tyrone Walker, Leslie Walker (Joyce), John Walker Jr; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other beloved relatives, and special friends.
