Burner Jean Scott was born in falls county on December 13th 1940 to the late Cornelius and Lula Tyrone she was educated in Waco Texas she attended South Waco elementary School and AJ Moore high School where she later graduated in 1959 and as a senior was crowned homecoming queen as she further her education she attended McLennan community college where she studied and received her certificate as a registered nurse after graduating she worked in the education and medical health Care services until retirement Jean married Raymond Scott on June 13th 1972 who proceeded her in death they extended this Union with two children one son Darrell Scott and one daughter Sherry Scott who preceded her in death Jean professed Christ and was baptized at an early age at bracks United Methodist Church she served in the choir and other services whenever asked later she united with Raymond and joined lover's leap Baptist Church where she was a faithful member until she became ill she leaves to cherish her memories son Mr Darrelll Scott (Darlene) of Waco Texas sisters Ms Eunice Fowler of fort Worth Texas Ms. Verdie Lee of Waco Texas Ms Patsy Tyrone of Waco Texas six grandchildren 19 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces nephews cousin and other relatives two sisters Maddie Tyrone and Janet Tyrone preceded her in death
